There are a few ways to combat this: you can get a standing desk, get a ball chair, or find times to move around when you are working.


We can’t all change the way our office spaces work, but you need to try your best to get in a movement where you can. Even if it is something as simple as parking at the back of the parking lot, some movement is better than none.
